When your referral signs a long-term lease (1-12 months) at any HOMA property in Phuket, you become eligible for rental credit and will be paid at the end of your own contract or commission if an agent.

How to Get Started
- Sign Up for Free – Register and receive a unique referral link.
- Share Your Referral Link – Promote HOMA via social, website, or direct recommendations.

Earn up to 10,000 THB rental credit per successful referral (up to a maximum of 5 referrals.)
Rewards
Earn up to 10,000 THB rental credit per successful referral.

How to Get Started
- Fill in the referral form below
- Ask your friend to mention your name when they book or move in
- Once your friend moves in, let the HOMA team know to claim your reward.
- A completed official referral form is required for eligibility.
- Self-referrals or referrals of existing HOMA residents are not permitted.
- You may refer up to five (5) people only.
- This program cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
- The rebate is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and holds no monetary value.
- Approved rebates will be applied as a deduction to your last month’s rent.
