Step 2: Submit Your Claim
Fill out our online claim form within 24 hours of booking. You’ll need:

Step 3: Claim Review & Processing
Our team will review your claim and notify you within 10 business days. If approved, we’ll adjust your rate.
Eligibility for a Claim
