Working on that summer bod? Every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday, our instructors are on standby to get you in amazing shape. They'll be training you on cardio workouts, using weights, and operating machines. The typical exercise schedule comprises a round of intense workouts including 30 seconds of continuation workout with a 20-second break between each interval.
1 round = 5 workouts altogether.

When do the classes start?

HOMA offers circuit training 3 times a week so that guests have to freedom to choose according to their work schedules. On Mondays and Wednesdays, the classes start at 5 pm while our weekend class on Sunday starts at 12 pm. 1 class will last around 1 hour. The circuit training class allows a maximum of 5 people per session. If you're interested, don't forget to book a slot in advance at the reception desk.
