Blake is based in Singapore and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.
He is a Global Governing Trustee and Singapore Exco member of Urban Land Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

LUCA DOTTI
Luca is originally from Italy. He has been developing residential and hospitality projects in Thailand for the past 10 years. He holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD, also a CFA Charterholder.
His expertise lies in private equity, structured finance, & PropTech.
Father of Mia, Italian chef on the weekends, and a football fanatic.

RICCARDO BALZANO
Ricky has been based in Phuket since 2008. He is the founder of a leading mechanical & electrical company in Thailand and has collaborated with the most prestigious property developers of the country.
Fitness fanatic, passionate about architecture & design, and of course -great pasta!

MASSIMILIANO TRAVISI
Massi comes from Italy but has been based in Thailand for the past 18 years. He holds various degrees in electrical & mechanical engineering. He has been developing several real estate projects over the past 15 years in Phuket. On the weekends you can catch him on the beach with his three beautiful children, or riding his Ducati on the track!

Bill has more than 18 years of real estate experience in Asia and the United States, including principal investments, capital markets, development, and asset management. He holds a B.Sc in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Based in Hong Kong, he enjoys hiking and spending quality time with his daughters.

NIGEL TOVEY
Nigel was born In the UK and has many years of experience working in Asia Pacific in the hospitality business. Currently, as Country Manager and COO for Thailand he handles all openings, operations and positioning of the properties. Nigel holds a PhD in maritime studies and also graduated from Cornell university in Hospitality and Asset management
On his day off you will find him with his wife traveling and enjoying different restaurants and venues via his collection of classic motorcycles.

CHAWANOK "PIM" FUNGSAICHON
Pim was born in Songkla, Thailand. Expert in market penetration, design thinking, growth strategies, and business development. She holds BBA in Hotel Management from Prince of Songkla University, MA in Service Design from University of Tartu, and Erasmus+ in Service Innovation and Value Creation Processes from Lund University. You can find Pim walking her dog “Pailin” around HOMA, sewing her dresses, or designing her scarves sometimes on the rooftop.

ROBERTO ABUSADA
Roberto was born in Peru and has 8 of experience in finance, strategy, and technology. Currently he is in charge of creating and deploying business strategies for HOMA. He holds a BBA from University of Lima and an MBA from Esade Business School & London Business School. Motorcycle enthusiast during the day - incognito Peruvian chef by night!

THANAWAN "GIFT" WANGJUMNONG
Gift comes from Phatthalung, Thailand and has fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Her experience is concentrated in international hospitality -a true expert in finding and retaining the best talent! She holds a BBA from Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus in the faculty of Hotel & Tourism Management.
She enjoys hiking in her spare time.

Bang Loh (A.K.A., Chief) was born in Phuket, and is in charge of our Engineering team. He studied electrical engineering at Mahanakorn University of Technology in Bangkok.
Chief is our designated HOMA photographer and a true fan of landscaping.

Dillon was born in Singapore and has five years of experience in asset management, corporate development, and hospitality real estate investment.
Primarily responsible for underwriting transactions and business development
