HOMA is expanding internationally with the launch of HOMA Korea, a new partnership with IGIS X Asset Management, part of South Korea’s largest real estate asset management group.
The venture will focus on institutional build-to-rent and flexible living opportunities in South Korea, combining local market expertise with HOMA’s hospitality-led living platform and operational model.
The announcement also marks the appointment of Eric Schaffer as Chief Operating Officer and the launch of HOMA MENAT across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.
