Looking to toughen up? Come learn the ancient martial art straight from the original source. HOMA offers free Muay Thai classes to our residents to learn the basics. From punching and kicking to back elbows and positioning, our experienced instructors will help you become a master.

When do the classes start?

Our Muay Thai sessions are free of charge and will be conducted by Jack, Fundy, or Kwang at our gym on the 7th floor. We offer classes 3 times per week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. We also offer a ladies-only session twice a week. One class is limited to 4-5 people so please check the calendar below and don't forget to book your slot at the reception desk.
