Pet Stay Costs
Discover our affordable rates for accommodating your furry friends. We believe in transparent pricing, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when you bring your pets along.
- An additional charge for your pet is THB750 (Net) per room per night. For your second pet, the additional charge is THB750 (Net) per room per night.
- For long term rental, an additional charge of THB2500 (Net) per room per month, with a maximum of two pets at THB5000 (Net) a month.
- Owners of naughty pets should be aware that they are responsible for all damages caused during their stay. Damage costs will be charged to the security deposit amount paid upfront.
- HOMA only allows a maximum of one pet per room (based on breed of pet) in all room types.
- Owners who have more than one pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
- We understand that pets can be curious and want to explore, but for the safety of your pet(s) and others, please keep them on a leash at all times.
- Please make sure your playful pet(s) keep their noises as low as possible to avoid disturbing other guests, especially at night time.
