PILATES AND YOGA
All experience levels are invited to join our free Pilates class once a week and our basic yoga classes once a week. Our instructors will be teaching you the basics of deep breathing techniques, body and mind relaxation, and the different yoga poses. All Pilates and yoga classes will be taught at our very own yoga studio on the 7th floor.
When do the classes start?
HOMA's Pilates classes are available on Saturdays at 10 am. While the basic yoga classes are available on Sundays at 4 pm. The max occupancy is 6 people per class so don't forget to book your spot at the reception desk.
