PILATES AND YOGA

All experience levels are invited to join our free Pilates class twice a week and our basic yoga classes 3 times a week. Instructors; Jack, Fundy, and Kwang will be teaching you the basics of deep breathing techniques, body and mind relaxation, and the different yoga poses. All Pilates and yoga classes will be taught at our very own yoga studio on the 7th floor.

When do the classes start?

HOMA's Pilates classes are offered twice a week on Wednesday at noon and on Sundays at 9 am. While the basic yoga classes are available 3 times per week; Mondays at noon, Fridays at 8 am, and the special sunset session every Sunday at 5 pm. The max occupancy is 6 people per class so don't forget to book your spot at the reception desk.
