Recovery During Your EDC Stay at Renew Sauna & Ice Bath

Three days of nonstop crowd, heat, and late nights can take a roll on your body. Planning recovery time s just as important as planning your festival schedule.

Renew Sauna & Ice bath is a calm space to slow down and reset. The sauna helps ease muscle tension, ice baths reduce fatigue. and the hot tub gives you gentle relaxation. It’s quiet break from the crowds and noise, giving your body time to recover.

A short recovery session helps ease sore legs, clear your head, and get your energy back. SO you can actually enjoy the next night at EDC, not just push through it.

  • Beach Time: Take advantage of Phuket’s beautiful beaches. Before or after the festival, relax by the sea, swim, or try water sports.
  • Nightlife: Phuket has a vibrant nightlife scene, especially around Patong Beach. After the festival, head to local bars, clubs, or beach parties to keep the energy going.

  • Respect Thai customs and the local culture. Although EDC will have a festival atmosphere, be mindful of the local people, traditions, and norms.
  • Tipping is not mandatory in Thailand, but appreciated for good service.

12. Dance Like Nobody’s Watching

  • Festivals are the perfect place to let go of inhibitions! Don’t worry about how you look—just get into the music and enjoy the experience. Whether you’re a pro dancer or just swaying to the beat, it’s all about having fun.

13. Accommodation

When attending EDC, choosing the right place to stay is key to making the most of your festival experience. Phuket offers a wide variety of accommodation options near the festival, including luxury resorts, hotels, and budget-friendly guesthouses. Here are some tips to ensure you have a comfortable and convenient stay:

  1. Book Early: EDC is a major event, and accommodation fills up quickly. Be sure to book your stay as early as possible to secure the best rates and the closest locations to the festival.
  2. Stay Close to the Event: Choose accommodations near the festival site to minimize travel time. Staying in areas like Bang Tao in Phuket, near the vibrant HOMA Cherngtalay, gives you easy access to the event while offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a day at the festival.
  3. Opt for Spacious Rooms: Festivals can be intense, so it’s important to have space to relax. Look for accommodations that offer spacious rooms or apartments, like those at HOMA, where you can enjoy a private, comfortable retreat after a long day of dancing and excitement.
  4. Choose Amenities That Enhance Your Stay: After the festival, you’ll want a place where you can unwind. Look for places with rooftop pools, gyms, or wellness areas, like HOMA Cherngtalay, which features a rooftop pool with stunning views and a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation.

With these tips, you can enjoy a stress-free and memorable EDC experience! Stay close to the action, relax in comfort, and make the most of your festival adventure.
