Inside HOMA Fitness Day: Meet Phuket’s Best Personal Trainer

We kicked off our very first HOMA PT Fitness Day on Saturday, 13th September in Phuket, Thailand and it was a fantastic success! 

Residents and guests joined us for a full day dedicated to health, fitness, and community, led by none other than Coach Aaron, one of Phuket’s most experienced personal trainers with over 20 years in the industry.

Coach Aaron led talks on health, nutrition, and performance, including his signature approach to optimal health, which included precision nutrition through Metabolic Typing. Attendees also discovered how understanding which foods fuel their unique bodies can help them lose weight, build lean muscle, and boost energy levels without guesswork.

The morning began with exercise and stretch classes guided by Coach Aaron and his team, helping participants activate their bodies, improve mobility, and learn proper movement techniques. Their expert guidance ensured everyone could move safely and effectively and yes, almost pain-free (we promise the good kind of sore!).

Attendees also had the chance to try Sole Mio’s advanced Body Scanner, one of the highlights of the day! This cutting-edge tool gave participants valuable insights into body composition, progress tracking, and personalized health data. Experts explained how to use this information to fine-tune training and nutrition, helping everyone work smarter and achieve better results.

The afternoon shifted into high gear with a mobility class followed by our Team Training Extravaganza — a high-energy, sweat-filled group workout that left everyone buzzing. Aaron’s coaching brought motivation, structure, and fun, showing why he’s recognized as one of the best personal trainers in Phuket.

What truly made the day memorable was the sense of community. Residents and guests encouraged each other, shared personal wellness goals and left feeling stronger, more connected, and inspired.
