Terms and Conditions for HOMA

1. Introduction

Welcome to HOMA. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of HOMA’s services, located in Thailand. By accessing this website and booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Short-Term and Long-Stay Bookings
HOMA offers both short-term and long-stay booking options. Availability of apartments is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment methods and conditions will be communicated during the booking process.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary based on the booking type and duration. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

3.2 Check-Out
Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Pricing

4.1 Effective Date and Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notification to any potential customer or guest. The updating of prices depends on market conditions.

4.2 Taxes and Fees
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for certain services and amenities.

5. Use of Apartments

5.1 Occupancy
Each apartment is for use by the registered guest(s) only. Subletting or sharing the apartment with unregistered guests is not permitted.

5.2 Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. HOMA reserves the right to charge guests for any such damages.

6. Guest Conduct

6.1 Behavior
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6.2 Noise
Guests must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other residents. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

7. Housekeeping and Maintenance

7.1 Housekeeping
Regular housekeeping services are provided. Additional cleaning services may be requested and may incur additional charges.

7.2 Maintenance
Guests are requested to report any maintenance issues promptly. HOMA will endeavor to address all maintenance concerns in a timely manner.

8. Personal Belongings and Security

8.1 Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. HOMA is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

8.2 Security
For the safety and security of all guests, certain areas of the property may be monitored by CCTV.

9. Limitation of Liability

HOMA will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the apartments or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Amendments

HOMA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

By booking and staying at HOMA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
