Recharge

The Recharge Program has been created to help you to manage stress, create balance and feel the benefits of leading a healthier lifestyle.

Long working hours, poor nutrition, environmental pollution, and constant stress are just a few key factors contributing to the widespread feeling of burnout, lack of inspiration, and diminished motivation. Recharge has been designed to help elevate and optimize your mindset, lower stress and discover tools to support your long- term happiness and wellbeing.

Yoga is an integral element of the Recharge Program. Whether you are new to yoga or already have some experience, our team of experienced VIKASA Wellness yoga instructors will help to train you in the benefits of yoga and how to develop a practice to support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing when you return back home again.

This includes the yoga poses themselves, but also meditation and pranayama, or breathing exercises, to help you combat stress, develop greater awareness and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
