Pet Policy

To Ensure a Smooth Stay For All of HOMA's Guests We Have Implemented a Few Paw-Licies.

General

HOMA only allows a maximum of one pet per room (based on breed of pet) in all room types.
Owners who have more than one pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
To ensure a safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring your furry friends. Please note that all pet stays are subject to approval by HOMA, and confirmation must be received before check-in.
We understand that pets can be curious and want to explore, but for the safety of your pet(s) and others, please keep them on a leash at all times.
They Poop! You Scoop! Always take care and be responsible for your pet(s) after their toilet business.
Pets are allowed at HOMA Phuket Town and HOMA Phuket Cherngtalay only.

Pet-Friendly Common Areas

Pets are welcome to stroll and sniff around in the downstairs public garden while on a leash.
We provide a small pet park by the parking lot area equipped with a water hose, a washing sink, and a trash can. Don’t forget to bring your own sanitary bags!
Pets are not permitted at the common rooftop areas on the 7th and 8th floor (HOMA Cherngtalay)

Specific Room Type Policies

HOMA allows pets to stay in all room types.
Owners who have more than one pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
Please make sure your playful pet(s) keep their noises as low as possible to avoid disturbing other guests, especially at night time.

Extra Costs and Damages

Additional costs for pets vary for short/long-term stays.
An additional charge for your pet is THB750 (Net) per room per night. For your second pet, the additional charge is THB750 (Net) per room per night.
A monthly fee of THB 2500 (Net) applies for long-term stays per each pet. With a maximum of two pets at THB5000 (Net) a month.
Owners of naughty pets should be aware that they are responsible for all damages caused during their stay. Damage costs will be charged to the security deposit amount paid upfront.
