Learn head-to-toe techniques that will improve your body balance and circulate better blood flow. 

When do the classes start?

HOMA's body stretching classes are available 3 times per week. Every Tuesday mornings at 8 am, Friday afternoons at 5 pm, and every Saturday at noon. The max occupancy is 6 people per class so don't forget to book your spot at the reception desk.
