MINDFUL YOGA CLASSES
ABOUT THE CLASSES
In our yoga class, you will get to train your mental focus through deep meditation practices and experience self-healing following movement sequences that combine tension and relaxation. They improve your posture, flexibility, and strength while focusing on typical daily pains and stress points. SOULFUL HOMA will help you open your heart, create self-awareness and always end with a relaxing Savasana.
Therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesday at 9 AM & Thursday at 6 PM
Therapeutic Vinyasa is a dynamic and powerful practice to enhance strength and flexibility through flowing moves. In this class, you’ll learn how to take control of your mind and body and learn how to release tension, reduce pain and manage stress.
Hatha Yin Yoga
Tuesday at 6 PM & Thursday at 9 AM
Hatha Yin Yoga is a relaxing and balanced practice combining deep stretch, body alignment, and breathwork. In this class, you’ll find your inner peace through breathing techniques and become aware of your body-mind-heart connection.
Wednesday at 11 AM
Hatha Yoga can offer several benefits to athletes, including learning breathing techniques. The practice involves a full-body approach, aligning mind and body, improving flexibility, and releasing muscle tension.
Wednesday at 4 PM
Yin Yoga classes are a slow-paced, gentle practice that involve mostly lying on the floor and deeper stretches for connective tissues. The practice can help you connect with your breath, find inner peace and tranquility, and immerse in a healing state, while also opening up your body.
